本規約は、JAZI株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するAI占いサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

 

本使用条款适用于由 JAZI株式会社（以下简称“本公司”）所提供的 AI 占卜服务（以下简称“本服务”）的使用行为。

 

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI divination service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by JAZI Co., Ltd. (“the Company”).

第2条：利用登録 / 注册与使用 / Registration

 

ユーザーは、本規約に同意の上、必要な情報を入力することでサービスを利用できます。未成年者は、保護者の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

 

用户在同意本条款的基础上并填写必要信息后，即可使用本服务。未成年人使用本服务需事先取得监护人同意。

 

Users may use the Service by entering the required information and agreeing to these Terms. Minors must obtain consent from a guardian prior to using the Service.

本サービスの占い結果は、娯楽および自己理解の一助として提供されるものであり、その正確性・効果を保証するものではありません。ユーザーの判断と責任においてご利用ください。

 

本服务所提供的占卜结果仅作为娱乐和自我理解的参考，不对其准确性或效果做出任何保证。用户须自行判断并承担使用责任。

 

The divination results provided by this Service are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy or effectiveness. Use is at your own discretion and risk.

第5条：知的財産権 / 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

本サービスに関連するすべてのコンテンツ（文章、画像、AI出力等）の著作権および知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

 

本服务相关的所有内容（文字、图像、AI 输出结果等）之著作权与知识产权，均归本公司或其合法权利人所有。

 

All content related to this Service, including text, images, and AI-generated outputs, are the intellectual property of the Company or its legitimate rights holders.

第6条：サービスの変更・停止 / 服务变更与中断 / Changes and Suspension

当社は、予告なく本サービスの内容を変更・停止する場合があります。

 

本公司保留在不另行通知的情况下更改或中断服务内容的权利。

第8条：準拠法および管轄 / 准据法律与管辖 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、本サービスに関して生じる一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

 

本条款以日本法律为准据法，因本服务产生的所有争议，均由东京地方法院作为第一审专属管辖法院。

 

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
